The principal Act is amended by inserting after section 35
the following section:
“Council may require information 35a. (1) The Council may, from time to time, call for such information as it may require to be furnished by any person whose name is on the Register and such person shall furnish the information within thirty days of being required to do so.
(2)
Every person whose name is on the Register shall, within thirty days of any change in the particulars he has furnished to the Council, notify the Council of the change.
(3)
A registered medical practitioner who fails to comply with subsection (1) in respect of himself shall be guilty of an offence.”.
