Section 9 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in the shoulder note, by inserting after the word “Returns”
the word “, etc.”; and
(b)
by inserting after the word “returns” the words “, reports, accounts” and by substituting for the words “from time to time require” the words “require from time to time”.
Amendment of section 12
