Section 18
(1)
For the purposes of this Act, the Secretary to the Council shall be the Registrar.
(2)
The Registrar shall be assisted by such number of officers as may be necessary for the performance of his functions and duties.
(3)
The Council may appoint a person to act as a Registrar during the absence from Malaysia or incapacity from illness or otherwise of the Registrar.
