(2)

The Minister may, on the recommendation of the Council and by order published in the Gazette, revoke the designation under subsection (1) if he is satisfied that the designated practitioner body is no longer capable of discharging its functions or meeting the requirements under this Act.

(3)

Upon such revocation under subsection (2), the Minister may, on the recommendation of the Council, designate another practitioner body to be the designated practitioner body or direct the Council accordingly.
