Section 19
(1)
The Registrar shall maintain in both physical and electronic forms any register as may be required under this Act.
(2)
Any person may, on payment of the prescribed fee, inspect and make a copy of or take extracts an entry from any register.
(3)
If a person requests that a copy be provided in an electronic media, the Registrar may provide the relevant information upon payment of a prescribed fee—
(a)
on a data processing device; or
(b)
by way of electronic transmission.

(4)
The register maintained under this Act shall be deemed to be a public document within the meaning of the Evidence Act 1950 [Act 56].
