Section 34
(1)
A registered practitioner may incorporate his practice into a company with limited liability, practice as a company or enter into a partnership, in order to provide traditional and complementary medicine services.
(2)
A registered practitioner who has incorporated his practice into a company with limited liability, practice as a company or enter into a partnership pursuant to subsection (1) shall, as soon as practicable, notify the Registrar of the legal status of his practice.
