Restoration of name in register
of Traditional and Complementary Medicine Act 2016
No registered practitioner whose name has been struck off from the register under the provisions of paragraph 37(1)(e)
shall thereafter be entitled to be registered as a practitioner under this Act, but the Council may, if it thinks fit in any case to do so, on the application of the person concerned, order that the name of such person be restored to the register.
(2)
Any registered practitioner whose name has been suspended from the register under paragraph 37(1)(c) shall be entitled at the expiration of the period of suspension, but not earlier, to apply for the practising certificate (if the period for which the certificate is issued is still unexpired) to be returned to him.
(3)
An application under subsection (1) or (2) shall be made in such manner or form and accompanied by such documents, particulars and fees as may be prescribed.
