Section 37
(1)
The Commission may, in relation to a hearing, authorize—
(a)
a person giving evidence at the hearing; or
(b)
a person referred to in section 36, to be represented by a legal practitioner at the hearing or a specified part of the hearing.
(2)
The Commission may be assisted by a legal officer appointed under section 14 should the Commission deems it necessary.
