Section 33
(1)
Subject to such limitation as is provided under this Act, every person required by a Commissioner or a member of the Task
Force to give any information on any subject which the
Commissioner or member of the Task Force has a duty to investigate
Enforcement Agency Integrity Commission 29
under this Act, and which is in that person’s power to give, shall be legally bound to give the information.
(2)
A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
