Section 5
(1)
The Yang di-Pertuan Agong shall, on the advice of the
Prime Minister, appoint not more than seven Commissioners, of whom there shall be a Chairman and a Deputy Chairman, for such period and on such terms and conditions as may be specified in the instrument of appointment.
(2)
No person shall be eligible to be appointed as a Commissioner if he is or was an enforcement officer.
(3)
The appointment of Commissioners under this section shall be published in the Gazette.
