Section 1

(1)

This Act may be cited as the Anti-Money Laundering,

Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities

(Amendment) Act 2025.

(2)

This Act comes into operation on a date to be appointed by the Minister of Finance by notification in the Gazette.
