Subsection 9(1) of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
by substituting for the words “any enforcement agency or its designated officers” the words “any enforcement agency or coordination agency, or the designated officers of the enforcement agency or coordination agency”; and
(b)
by substituting for the words “the enforcement agency’s functions” the words “the functions of the enforcement agency or coordination agency, as the case may be”.
