Section 9
Section 10 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in subsections (1) and (2), by substituting for the words
“a money laundering offence or a terrorism financing offence or an offence that is substantially similar to either offence” the words “a money laundering offence, a terrorism financing offence, a restricted activity financing offence or an offence that is substantially similar to any of the offences”; and
(b)
in paragraph (3)(a), by substituting for the words “a money laundering offence or a terrorism financing offence or an offence that is substantially similar to either offence”
the words “a money laundering offence, a terrorism financing offence, a restricted activity financing offence or an offence that is substantially similar to any of the offences”.
