Section 36H

Without prejudice to subsection 36E (2) and section 36F, any object, material, book, document or other thing that an enforcement officer or a police officer reasonably suspects has been used or will be used in the commission of any offence under this Enactment or any regulations made under this Enactment may be seized and detained by the enforcement officer or police officer.
