Section 81

(a)

any officer subject to service law under this Act strikes or otherwise ill-treats any officer subject to service law under this Act of inferior rank or less seniority or any serviceman subject to service law under this Act; or

(b)

any serviceman subject to service law under this Act strikes or otherwise ill-treats any person subject to service law under this Act, being a serviceman of inferior rank or rate or of less seniority, he shall, on conviction by court-martial, be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or any less punishment provided by this Act.
