Conduct to the prejudice of service discipline
Every person subject to service law under this Act who is guilty of any act, conduct or neglect to the prejudice of good order and service discipline, shall, on conviction by court-martial, be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or any less punishment provided by this Act.
