(a)
any credit facility from the Bank;
(b)
the purchase or discount of any draft, note, cheque, bill of exchange or other obligation by the Bank;
(c)
permission to overdraw any account with the Bank; or
(d)
any other thing relating to the business or affairs of the
Bank.
(2)
The provisions of subsection (1) shall not in any manner derogate from, and shall be without prejudice to, any other written law relating to corruption or illegal gratification.
(3)
Any person who fails to comply with subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding ten million ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years or to both.
