Section 91

The Bank, which is incorporated under the Companies Act 1965, shall be subject to the provisions of that Act as well as to provisions of this Act, but where there is any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the Companies Act 1965 and this Act in their respective application to the Bank, the provisions of this

Act shall prevail.
