Section 94
(1)
The Bank Simpanan Nasional Act 1974 is repealed.
(2)
Notwithstanding subsection (1), any regulations made under or in accordance with the repealed Act shall in so far as they are not inconsistent with this Act, continue in force until repealed, revoked or replaced by new regulations made under this Act.
