Concurrent exercise of remedies

Section 31
(1)
Unless a stay is granted under section 16, a party who obtained an adjudication decision in his favour may exercise any or all of the remedies provided in this Act concurrently to enforce the adjudication decision.
(2)
The remedies provided by this Act are without prejudice to other rights and remedies available in the construction contract or any written law, including any penalty provided under any written law.
