Nature of copyright in broadcasts
(2)
Notwithstanding subsection (1), paragraphs 13(2)(a), (g), (gg),
(ggg), (gggg), (h) and (o) shall also apply to the copyright in a broadcast.
(3)
The copyright in a television broadcast shall include the right to control the taking of still photographs from such broadcasts.
