Section 33
(1)
The Tribunal may request for such information as it may deem necessary for the purpose of exercising any of its powers and functions under this Act and any subsidiary legislation made thereunder.
(2)
Any person who refuses to comply with such request by the
Tribunal shall be guilty of an offence under this Act.
