Section 3
(1)
Nothing contained in this Act shall be construed as reducing or limiting the powers, functions, rights, jurisdiction, duties and responsibilities of the States of Kelantan, Terengganu, Pahang and
Johor, and any other Government entity.
(2)
The provisions of this Act shall be read together with any written law relating to the States of Kelantan, Terengganu, Pahang and Johor, and any other Government entity and shall not be in derogation of the powers, functions, rights, jurisdiction, duties and responsibilities conferred upon the States of Kelantan, Terengganu,
Pahang and Johor, and any other Government entity under any such written law.
