Section 24
It shall be the responsibility of every Government entity—

Section 24
(a)
to co-operate with and assist the Council in the performance by the Council of its functions and powers under this Act;
(b)
where relevant, to refer to and utilize the information, statistics and factors disseminated by the Council; and

(c)
to give due consideration to the proposed policies, laws and actions to be applied within the East Coast Economic
Region as recommended by the Council.
