Section 33
(1)
The Council shall establish, receive and manage funds for the purposes specified in the Third Schedule.
(2)
The accounts of the funds under subsection (1) shall be kept separate and apart from those of the Fund.
(3)
The Prime Minister may, from time to time, by order published in the Gazette amend the Third Schedule.
