Display of energy intensity label

Section 11
(1)
A person in charge of a building to which this Act applies shall at all times display in a conspicuous part of the building the energy intensity label issued under section 10 in respect of the building.
(2)
Any person in charge of a building who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit.
