Section 12C
(1)
The Director may direct any person to prepare and submit a master environmental impact assessment report where the prescribed activities consist of smaller individual development activities to be carried out in stages and which is subject to individual review or approval.
(2)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to both.
