Section 15
(1)
The Director shall, from time to time, prepare procedures and guidelines for the preparation of environmental impact assessment and proposal for mitigation measures, and the issuance of agreement of environmental conditions and mitigation declaration.
(2)
The Director may add to or vary the procedures and guidelines as he deems necessary.
