Section 40

Any person who fails to comply with any of the provisions of this Ordinance, rules made under section 57 or Order issued under this Ordinance shall be guilty of an offence and shall be penalized with a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit or imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years, or to both.
