Section 41

Any person who makes a statement which he knows to be false or does not believe to be true, or otherwise knowingly misleads the Controller or any other person in the exercise of his powers under this Ordinance commits an offence and upon conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding thirty thousand ringgit or imprisonment not exceeding one year, or to both.
