Section 45

(1)
Any person arrested under this Ordinance or the rules made under section 57, unless remanded, may be released on a personal bond with or without surety by the Controller or any investigating officer.

(2)
The amount of every personal bond executed shall be fixed with due regard to the circumstances of the case as being sufficient to secure the attendance of the person arrested when so required.
