Power to establish companies
The Board may, from time to time, with the approval of Majlis, establish companies by such name as the Board may determine to carry out and have the charge, conduct and management on behalf of the Board of any project, scheme or enterprise determined by the
Board in the discharge of its functions and the exercise of its powers.
