Section 14
(1)
The Board may, with the approval of Majlis after obtaining consent of the Minister, appoint a Chief Executive Officer of the Board and vest him with such powers and impose upon him such duties as may be determined or delegated to him by the Board.
(2)
The appointment of the Chief Executive Officer shall be on such terms and conditions as the
Board may with the approval of Majlis, determine.
