Section 37
(1)
Every person who comes into possession of any machinery in respect of which a certificate of fitness is prescribed, shall send to the
Inspector and licensed person such particulars in such manner as may be prescribed.
(2)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
