Section 14

The State Fisheries Officer may remove or destroy or cause to be removed or destroyed any fishing appliance placed or erected contrary to the provisions of this Ordinance; and any expenses so incurred shall be recoverable from the owner thereof or the deposit paid under section 11(4).
