Section 34

(1)
For the purposes of this Part, “fish disease” means any of the diseases listed in the First Schedule to the Veterinary Public
Health Ordinance, 1999 [Cap. 32].

Notwithstanding subsection (1), the Minister may, upon the recommendation of the State Veterinary Authority, by notification in the Gazette, designate a disease to be a fish disease within the meaning of this Part.
