Section 31

(1)
No person shall construct, set up or establish any cage which is for use as a culture system, in any river, stream, lake, reservoir or dam without a licence issued by the State Fisheries
Officer and subject to such terms and conditions as he may impose.
(2)
A licence issued under this section shall be in Form 5
prescribed in the First Schedule.
