Section 32
—
(1)
No person shall construct, set up or use any hatchery for aquaculture without a licence from the State Fisheries Officer.
(2)
An application for such a licence shall be made in such form as may be prescribed from time to time by the State Fisheries
Officer and supported by such particulars or documents as may be required by him.
(3)
Any licence issued under this section shall be in Form 6
prescribed in the First Schedule and be subject to such terms and conditions as the State Fisheries Officer may deem fit to impose.
