Section 43

A person who exposes a gas installation for more than 3 metres whilst carrying out an excavation work shall immediately notify the Commission or the licensee, as the case may be, and shall after that support the gas installation securely on its original line and grade at the intervals of not more than 3 metres to the satisfaction of the Commission or the licensee.
