Section 52
(1)
A gas which does not naturally possess a distinctive odour shall have an odourant added to it so that its presence in the atmosphere is readily detectable at a gas concentration of 1/5 of the lower explosive limit or above.
(2)
Subregulation (1) does not apply to any gas delivered for further processing or where the odourant would not act as a warning agent.
