Section 45
(1)
A person working in the vicinity of a gas installation shall take all necessary precautions to ensure that no damage is done to insulators, test wires, sacrificial anodes, anodes beds, rectifier wires and other cathodic protection devices.
(2)
Where damage is done to a cathodic protection device the person causing the damage shall report the damage to the Commission or the licensee, as soon as possible.
