Exception in respect of registered foreign geologist

Section 26
(1)
Notwithstanding subsection 23(1), a registered foreign geologist who is authorized in writing by the Chairman may do any act or thing that the foreign geologist would otherwise be prohibited from doing or not be entitled to do.
(2)
A registered foreign geologist who does any act or thing under and in accordance with an authorization given under subsection (1) shall, notwithstanding any provision of this Act to the contrary, be deemed to be permitted or entitled to do that act or thing.
