Certificate of registration

Section 30
(1)
On receipt of the prescribed fee, the Registrar shall issue to the applicant whose application has been approved by the
Board a certificate of registration in the prescribed form.
(2)
Every certificate of registration shall expire on 31 December of the year in which it is issued and shall after that be renewable annually on payment of the prescribed fee.
(3)
In any proceedings, a certificate of registration shall be conclusive proof that the person named in it is registered under this Act.
