Notification of change of address

Section 32
(1)
Every registered geologist and registered practitioner shall notify the Registrar of any change in his business address within sixty days of such change.

(2)
A registered geologist and registered practitioner who without reasonable excuse fails to give the notification required under subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit.
