Registrar to publish Register and particulars

Section 31
(1)
The Registrar shall as soon as may be practicable publish, in at least one national language and one English language daily newspaper having nationwide circulation, the name, registration number, business address and other particulars of any registered geologist and registered practitioner whose registration has been suspended, revoked, removed or reinstated.
(2)
The Registrar may annually publish and offer for sale copies of the Register.
