Power to appoint agent

Section 19
(1)
The Organization may appoint such number of agents subject to such terms and conditions to collect and receive payment of contributions on behalf of the Organization.

(2)
The agent appointed under subsection (1) shall, as soon as practicable, inform the Organization of the actual time and date of the payment of the contributions made by or on behalf of the insured housewife.
(3)
Any agent who contravenes subsection (2) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
