Section 43
(1)
Where any person is found guilty of an offence under section 78 or 79, the Organization shall have the right to recover all the amount of benefit or any money paid to such person under this
Act by the Organization.
(2)
The amount recoverable under this section may be recovered as a civil debt due to the Organization.
