Section 25
(1)
Subject to this Act and as may be prescribed, an insured housewife who suffers one or more permanent disablement, as a result of one or multiple domestic injury, shall be entitled to receive a lump sum payment up to the maximum amount according to the
Second Schedule.
(2)
For the purposes of subsection (1), where such permanent disablement has been assessed by the medical assessor or the
Apellate Medical Board, the benefit shall be payable for that contribution period.
