Section 23
(1)
An insured housewife whose condition requires medical treatment and attendance, as a result of domestic injury, shall be entitled to receive a medical benefit.
(2)
The medical benefit may be given either in the form of outpatient treatment and attendance in a hospital, dispensary, clinic or other institution or by visits to the home of the insured housewife or treatment as inpatient in a hospital or other institution.
(3)
No medical benefit shall be provided to an insured housewife for invalidity under this Act unless the medical benefit has been given to the insured housewife due to a domestic injury which subsequently results in such invalidity.
