Certificate of authorization

Section 10
(1)

Upon approval of the application under section 9, the Registrar shall enter the particulars of the scheme in the register and—

(a)

issue a certificate of authorization; and

(b)

allocate an authorization number, to the management company in respect of the scheme.

(2)

In issuing a certificate of authorization, the Registrar shall have the power to impose any terms and conditions as he thinks fit.

(3)

The certificate of authorization issued under this section shall be conclusive evidence that the requirements of this Act in respect of registration have been complied with and that the scheme is registered under this Act.
